How do u feel about singaporeans dress sense?

This issue was featured on tv and apparently, the most popular comment given by teenagers was being comfortable in what we wear is most important, looks are secondary. Agreeable? it is true that we must feel comfy in what we wear otherwise it'd be a torture to dress in those clothes. Wearing t-shirt and jeans to town is common and it's an ubiquity to see people of all ages dressing like that. Few will say you are badly dressed, because dressing like that, implies it tmay not have been our initial intention to head to Orchard Road. Glam-dressing may even be seen as attention seeking. So much for trying to prove ourselves fashionable..

How do we have to dress then? personally, i think we can still glam and shine even when wearing t-shirt tops and jeans. For girls, wearing heels will definitely alleviate us to a higher level of fashion sense. Or we could wear on more accessories to turn the attention away from simplicity. tada, there u go, comfort with casual-but-classy dressing.

Even if we want to doll up, have the financial capability to do so, it seems like sg lacks the occasion and opportunity to allow us the chance to do so. who would dress up in some expensive clothing just to go Orchard and then change their mind to go somewhere like Geylang to have durian and then soil their clothes? I mean such incidents do occur right? how about those who are slightly obese? finding the right top and being classy would be too tough to accomplish. not that sg doesnt hav clothes that are for cool and big sized, but does it mean each individual who wears them would look glam? i certainly doubt so because I dunt look nice in certain tops too. So i say, we should banish the thought of aiming to be fashionable but we should at least meet the minimum requirement of wearing appropriately and presentably for occasions.

whoa suddenly i feel like i'd just finish a GP essay.
